Your decision to use MDA Lending Solutions for this program was a great choice. Although your initial setup is for 2055s you can have the availability of a complete array of mission-critical products and services. Just ask your account rep for the details.
In order to be setup to order through MDA you will have to sign and date the following agreements:

Upon receipt of the above mentioned signed documents we will complete your setup and contact you with instructions on how to place, status, cancel, and dispute orders via our secure website as well as provide you with the necessary fax number and email address to send your required data elements (1st page of 1st appraisal (not to include appraised value or comp information) plus interior photos from 1st appraisal (not to include comp photos)).
