Analyst Assisted-CMV

Get the benefit of AVM logic combined with the review services of a trained real estate professional. The reviewer leverages multiple data sources and incorporates your business rules to establish a selection of comparable properties for more precise valuations.

CMV-Assisted Appraisal

Receive an appraisal report compliant with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) regulations. The report combines AVM logic with an expert review by a local, licensed appraiser familiar with market conditions. The appraiser uses mapping capabilities, property sales data, multiple listing sources, public tax records and other data sources to locate a selection of comparable property sales. As a result, you get more precise property valuations to allow you to meet more stringent requirements in a fraction of the time compared to full appraisals.

Pre-Decision Qualifier Reports

Qualify potential borrowers before ordering a full appraisal with an instant estimated value range for a property. Further information includes recent neighborhood transaction data, sales histories, foreclosure data and data on surrounding areas.
